ABOUT THE COMPANY

Etruscus Resources Corp.

Etruscus Resources Corp. is a Vancouver-based exploration company focused on the acquisition and development of precious and base metal mineral properties. Currently operating in two of Canada’s most active gold camps, the Company’s assets include the Lewis Property in central Newfoundland, and the Rock & Roll/Sugar Properties located near the past-producing Snip Mine in B.C.’s prolific Golden Triangle.

Etruscus’ Rock & Roll and Sugar properties are 100% owned and total over 33,000 hectares of prospective terrain in B.C.’s Golden Triangle with drill-ready targets already established. These high-priority targets include the Discovery, Heather, Kashmir, and Hammer with the Discovery target representing large scale porphyry potential backed up by geophysical and geological markers.   The Rock and Roll property also contains the Black Dog Deposit, a volcanogenic massive sulfide containing a NI 43-101 compliant Inferred Resource totalling 2,015,000 tonnes grading 2.63 g/t gold equivalent.

The Lewis Property in Central Newfoundland is a 2,500 ha gold primary asset located 5 km south of the Trans Canada Highway in the Gander Gold Belt, and is approximately 10 km west of New Found Gold’s Keats Zone discovery. Following up on historic work, Initial drill testing in 2023 revealed a large-scale gold system with significant room for expansion in both size and grade. A phase 2 drill program is being designed and planned for late in 2023.
